Position: Senior Sales Representative
Location: Ottawa, ON (Remote / Client-Facing)
Salary: $65,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $125K–$155K+) + bonuses + car allowance

We are partnering with a growing, well-established organization in the design and building materials space to hire a Senior Sales Representative in Ottawa. This role focuses on developing new business and building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals across Ottawa and surrounding markets. It is ideal for a consultative sales professional who is comfortable managing longer sales cycles, enjoys working with design-focused products, and can operate independently while building and expanding a territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities across Ottawa, Gatineau, and surrounding markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client accounts.
- Present and promote high-end, design-driven products.
- Identify and manage long-cycle, project-based sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and project execution.
- Track pipeline activity and consistently achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience managing long or complex sales cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Professional, polished, and client-facing presence
- Experience in architecture & design, building materials, construction, or a related industry is an asset
- Background in technical or complex sales (e.g. IT, engineered products) is considered an asset
- Bilingual (French/English) is strongly preferred
